This is the first of four small lot Cabernet Sauvignon wines made in 2014. This is a medium bodied Cab with bright red fruit balanced well with the acid, and abundant but gentle tannins. The wine was aged for 26 months in french oak which provides a complex structure on the palate with hints of coco on the finish.
