Angel's Envy Bourbon Single Barrel Finished In Sherry Cask 'UNANIMOUS CONSENT' is an exceptional and unique expression, making its debut as the first-ever single barrel release of its kind. This cask strength bourbon is aged and then finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, adding layers of richness, depth, and complexity. Bottled at 115.8 Proof, this release from Barrel #8 combines the boldness of high-proof bourbon with the elegant sweetness and nuttiness imparted by the sherry cask finish.
