Antech "Alliance" Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose

From Maison Antech, located in the Southern France region of the Languedoc, comes this beautiful example of Cremant de Limoux. This is a wonderfully dry and complex sparkler with elderflower notes on the nose, flavors of ripe white peaches and a touch of shortbread. Soft but well-structured. Pair with a ceviche prawn, avocado and grapefruit salad for an exceptional food and wine pairing.
