Backbone Bourbon Uncut

A few years back we set out to create a handful of classic spirits that could stand alone on their own merits. We sought rich flavors that capture the classic profiles of these spirits from their earliest days. Backbone Bourbon is just that - uncut, full strength. A total of ten barrels are emptied and bottled without chill filtration the addition of water.
