Baker's Bourbon is a small batch, Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey distilled and selected in the traditions of Baker Beam, grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam. Today, Baker’s is still made using this very technique and is aged only in the most select rackhouses for a robust bourbon flavor with a silky, smooth finish. Carefully matured for exceptional quality, Baker’s Bourbon is distilled at a lower proof, then barreled and aged in small batches to allow the bourbon to extract more toasted nut, fruit, and vanilla flavor from the barrel wood. With an aroma of fruit, vanilla, and caramel and a finish that’s sweet, smooth, and medium-long, enjoy Baker’s neat, on the rocks, or in a Manhattan, an old fashioned, or in other bourbon-based cocktails.
