Sourced from California, this Bandit Chardonnay underwent 40% malolactic fermentation to enhance aroma and mouth feel; the remaining wine was kept non-malolactic to spotlight the fresh and fruity characteristics. The resulting wine is balanced on the palate, with strong varietal fruit characteristics. Bandit California wine comes in a lightweight container with a twist-to-open cap, so there's no need to worry about a corkscrew. Each 1 liter Tetra Pak of wine contains approximately six glasses of Chardonnay white wine. This dry wine has 13.3% alcohol by volume.
