<p>Eastern Standard:<br>1 1/2 tbsp. cucumber juice<br>1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice<br>1 tbsp. simple syrup<br>2 oz. Belvedere Vodka<br>Optional garnish: Mint leaves, cucumber slice<br><br>Make cucumber juice by running two medium cucumbers through a food processor or blender. Strain until juice is clear. Store leftover juice in the fridge.<br><br>In a cocktail shaker, add Belvedere, cucumber juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaves.</p>
