Bonterra Pinot Gris

This Bonterra Pinot Gris is comprised of grapes selected from both coastal and inland regions, and features Lake County grapes whose high elevation and warm climate make it the perfect place to grow aromatic whites. After being destemmed and pressed it underwent a quick, cold fermentation before being aged in stainless steel tanks. Neither enzymes nor malolactic acid were added, allowing
the wine’s signature crisp flavors and aromas to take center stage.
