The next thing I notice is the tartness of the lime, which actually has a candy-like sweetness next to the apple. The final note is the jasmine: beautifully floral, yet also a slight spice due to the earthy tones of the green tea.</p><br><p>Now, to taste: I get the delicate floral tones from the jasmine at the start. The green tea adds a slightly bitter, balancing component. Next comes the lime, which paired with the apple creates notes of sweet lime + crisp apple.
