Campo Viejo Cava Brut Sparkling Wine is an elegant, well-balanced sparkling wine that's versatile and food-friendly. Bright and full of fruit notes, this Spanish wine is expressive and elegant with pleasant fruit aromas and hints of biscuit. The palate is round and balanced with apple notes. This dry wine is made with local, hand-picked (70%) and machine-harvested grapes (30%) picked early in the growing season to retain freshness. The bottles remain at rest, under constant temperature and humidity, for at least 18 months in contact with lees.
