Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rose

Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé is bright pink with pink hues. The bubbles obtained by the second fermentation in the bottle are fine and persistent. Aromatic on the nose, with vibrant ripe red berries and floral tones. In the mouth it shows a luscious red fruit character balanced with medium body and refreshing acidity, which is enhanced by its fine sparkles. The grapes are hand-picked, and machine harvested early in the growing season to retain freshness. The Campo Viejo Cava Brut rosé is made with a local grape variety, traditionally used to make rosé wines, called Trepat. hese bottles remain at rest, under constant temperature and humidity, for at least 9 months in contact with the lees. Ideal as aperitif, it can also be paired with an array of dishes such as charcuterie, fish, risotto, white meats or even with fruit desserts.
