Small-batch handcrafted award-winning tequilas. Elixir de Agave: Grown on hillside fields of ancient black volcanic rock, the blue agave we cultivate for Cantera Negra is allowed to reach full maturity before harvest. This, along with our artisan approach to blending and aging, produces the smooth, rich taste that defines our elixir de agave and is available from no other tequila in the world.
