The Carpe Diem Burgundian Pinot Noir is elegant and refined with cherry and red fruit flavors complimented by a light smokiness and spice. The dense ruby color is as bold as the cherry and spice bouquet. True to the Burgundian style and to the varietal, the wine has an earthiness to it that graduates into bright and bold red fruits. This wine continues to unfold until the smooth finish.
