This fine California Pinot Noir is handcrafted in small lots from coastal Monterey vineyards. Very easy to drink, this medium bodied red wine has flavors of black cherry, plum, and raspberry, with mild tannins balancing the fruitiness to lend to a silky, lengthy finish. Congress Spring Pinot Noir wine pairs well with lamb, pork, cheese and poultry.
