This bright, clean and young Sauvignon Blanc is made from organically grown grapes. This fresh and fragrant white wine has crisp flavors of grapefruit, lime, lemon with hints of white pepper, flowers and herbs. This refreshing but intensely flavored wine is great with seafood, chicken and vegetarian dishes with rich/fatty sauces to let the crisp wine shine through. Goat cheeses, yogurt and creme fraiche will pair wonderfully with this wine too.
