Copper & Kings Pear Brandy

The BevMo! team had fun tasting multiple barrels at the distillery in Kentucky earlier this year. This copper pot distilled Oregon Pear Brandy was rested in uncharred new American oak barrels for 4 months to marry and integrate the disparate original barrels. The appearance is a deep golden honey with ripe pear and hints of honeysuckle and wildflower on the nose. The taste is full of baked pear with hints of melon and toasted oak.
