Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Philippe Portier started his domaine in the Loire's Quincy appellation in 1991. Delicious freshness races through the white fruit flavors of peach and pear, tingling with pink grapefruit acidity. Luscious, clean and mouthwatering, this is sure to bring on smiles whether you serve it with fresh chevre or petrale sole. Also pairs well with shellfish, shrimp and crab, seafood and asparagus. Serve chilled.
