FUYU Mizunara Finish

FUYU means "Winter" in Japanese. This whisky was made from 50% mash corn and wheat on Honshu island. It rested in used white American oak barrels. Months before bottling it was transferred into Mizunara casks (Japanese oak) to add roundness and spice. Notes of coconut, caramel, smoke and cooked fruit on the palate. Enjoy FUYU MIZUNARA neat or on the rocks!
