During the Middle Ages, the founding Castello and vineyards were protected by the Gold Knight, Cavaliere d'Oro. Today we celebrate this heritage and honor the Cavaliere d'Oro with a bold collection of wines. Our Chianti Classico is crafted from a selection of estate-grown grapes and offers aromas of violet and red berry, followed by notes of juicy red cherry and hints of white pepper and nutmeg.
