Travelling the world in search of extraordinary casks to bring new flavours to Glenmorangie, Dr Bill has always been drawn to spice markets, with their fragrant aromas and rainbow hues. Envisioning a whisky infused with such variety, he and Master Blender Gillian Macdonald experimented by finishing bourbon-aged Glenmorangie in four different types of casks for the first time.
