This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Barr Vineyard located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles as well as our estate vineyard. This vineyard is planted to Clone 4 of Cabernet, which produces very small berry Cabernet Sauvignon. 12% Petit Verdot was added to create a dark and intense wine with both chocolate and cherry notes. The resulting wine is very dark and intense with lots of structure and refined tannin. We aged this in a combination of French and American Oak for 18 months. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verot Alcohol 14.5%
