In 2004, on a mission to make a serious Zinfandel, our winemakers journeyed to Lodi in central California in search of the famed old vine Zinfandel vineyards. Gnarly Head was launched in 2005 with a single wine, Old Vine Zinfandel, made from some of the oldest vines in California. Today, we bring our signature Gnarly style of big, bold, authentic flavors to our full portfolio of wines.
