Proprietor’s name. Having fallen in love with the popular Mexican
spoon candy, brewer Colby Magratten crafted a recipe with Goose
Island’s bourbon barrel-aged barleywine that blends tamarind, lime,
whole Guajillo chiles and piloncillo.
