Introducing our new Bourbon County family member: the inaugural “Cask Finish” stout. Inspired by Angel’s Envy, we aged this stout in their bourbon barrels, then in "Ruby Port" wine barrels. After 2 years, the result is rich cherry, spice, and cocoa flavors.
