We created Harken Chardonnay because we missed that rich, oaky taste of Chardonnays gone by. At some point, someone decided that those great toasty notes and buttery finish went out of style. We think that's crazy. So we brought it back. Only the finest California grapes make their way into Harken Wine. We find a bunch of these dazzling Chardonnay grapes in the Arroyo Seco AVA of Salinas Valley. 100% barrel fermented, 100 % malolactic. Aged 7 months in fusion barrels made of 60% American oak / 40% French oak
