Flying up to the Orkney Islands in Scotland was a huge highlight for the BevMo! team. After multiple barrel tastings we settled on this one. Matured in a refill sherry, the nose is filled with aromas of pear, apple, creamy vanilla and a touch of peat. Rich and intense with notes of fruit, vanilla and spice overlaid with Highland Park's aromatic smoke.
