Hue Red Blend

This Washington state Red Bend is a refined expression of two of our most distinguished
varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is medium-bodied, with expressive fruit and spice flavors and a refined finish. This elegant blend complements herb-crusted lamb, roasted duck with cherry glaze, or braised short ribs. Its smooth texture also pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, eggplant parmesan, or aged cheeses like gouda.
