IWA 5 - created by the former winemaker of Dom Pérignon, Richard Geoffroy, IWA pioneers a new craft of sake through assemblage, and bottle maturation, blending 3 rice varieties, from 4 regions, with 5 yeast strains, combined with reserve sake from previous years. A harmonious, rich yet weightless mouthfeel with a lingering, elegant finish.

Notes of cucumber, white peach, green mango, & white pepper.
