On the nose, butterscotch leaps from the glass along with some herbaceous elements and roasted agave, vanilla icing, a whiff of citrus, and oak spice. On the palate, vanilla cake, and roasted agave with a touch of lime and black peppercorn. The finish is gorgeous with sweeter elements from the palate persisting as agave and pepper surge, then recede ever so slowly. A sweet treat to enjoy neat, or in your favorite cocktail.
