Made from chardonnay grapes from the slightly warm Pfalz, to give the wine a little more body. It is a wine with crisp fruit, fresh and clean, with notes of citrus and white fruit. The modest wood ageing makes the wine a bit more generous and rounder and thus this non-alcoholic wine comes close to a chardonnay as the wine lovers know.
