We were inspired to make a beer reminiscent of a margarita. The citrus flavors, saltiness, and lack of hop bitterness of Bikini Atoll made it a perfect base. We then added lime to the crisp and tart gose. Pour it into a fancy glass, and you might believe you are drinking a cocktail.
