Ready to drink now or age for up to three years, Matua Marlborough New Zealand Pinot Noir red wine offers vibrant flavors and perfectly balanced oak aging. We soaked the grapes for two days before fermentation to develop depth of flavor and tannins. The wine was aged with French oak for an average of 6 months for just enough toastiness to complement the incredible fruit flavors. Since 1974, Matua has crafted a family of fine wines with grapes sourced from New Zealand’s most renowned wine regions: Hawke’s Bay, Marlborough, and Central Otago. From the north to the south, New Zealand’s wine growing regions all offer something unique for a refreshing, chilled experience.
