Mijenta's Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging through the use of unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. These symphony barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for approximately 8 months. As the spirit transforms and evolves, these barrels bring to life something utterly unpredictable.
