Monte Xanic Calixa Valle de Guadalupe Mexico Cabernet Syrah Red Blend is a closed and clean wine, with violet tones, and cherry color. It has a frank and very intense aroma with notes of fresh red fruit like raspberry, cherry, and plum. Also possesses notes of lily, soft wood, balsamic vinegar, vanilla, black licorice, and spices, making it a very expressive wine with good aromatic quality. Dry wine, with juicy acidity and warm alcohol. Tannins are pleasant and round, giving it a full body. Mouth aromas are more intense and mature than in the nose, reminiscent of plum, blueberry, strawberry jam, cinnamon, vanilla, milk chocolate, caramel, coffee, and wood. Background of white pepper and eucalyptus, adding freshness and complexity. Well-balanced with an optimal finish.
