Notes of spicy black pepper and concentrated black and blue fruits. Pendulum Columbia Valley Cabernet is full bodied and dense with flavors of ripe blueberries, black plum and baking spices, boasting a long lingering finish of leather, black cherry and toasty oak. A slight sweetness from the oak allows this wine to pair well with steaks covered in a demi glaze or huckleberry reduction sauce. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Alcohol 13.9%
