Wine Advocate Review Rated 90 Blended primarily from Coombsville and Stags Leap District fruit, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Grown is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. It spent 17 months in oak, mostly French, 42% new. It's a smooth, suave Cab for early drinking, as it's not that concentrated or rich but has an easy drinkability and good varietal flavors of cassis, cherries and mint, with a balanced dose of cedar and vanilla. Silverado Estate Napa Cabernet offers intense aromas of dark cherry and stone fruits. Full-bodied with great structure and balance. Perfectly ripe cherry and plum flavors and hints of apricot and toasted oak lead to a long finish. 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc Alcohol 14.3%
