85% Bourbon, 15% Sherry. Nose A rich and honeyed introduction to this dram, there are notes of ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate. Palate There is a vibrancy on the palate, with familiar tropical fruit and fresh tangerine notes, and a leathery note reminiscent of old library books developing over time. Finish Tart and syrupy in the finish, with notes of brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note to round off this dram.
