Stella Rosa Gold V.S. Prosecco D.O.C. is a dry, elevated expression of classic Prosecco made entirely from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. This area’s dramatic day-to-night temperature shifts enhance the grape’s acidity and structure. A portion of the cuvée is aged in oak, then fermented slowly at cool temperatures to develop richness and depth. At 11% ABV, Gold V.S. is notably drier than other Stella Rosa wines, with notes of golden apple, citrus, and crisp minerality. The result is a refined, food-friendly sparkler with elegant bubbles and a long, clean finish. Each bottle is hand-wrapped in shiny gold foil, making it ideal for gifting, toasting, or elevating any occasion.
