Our approach to crafting this Rhone varietal wine revolves around the core concepts of bright fruit, balanced structure, and varietal integrity. We ferment this wine in small lots to build complexity through yeast selection and to allow access for extra punchdowns to further develop color, flavor, tannins and phenolics.
Blackberry compote with mint leaves, red dirt, dusty stone, cloves and eucalyptus. A playful and high volume mid-palate slides away with elegant length. 206 cases made.
