Wine Tasting Notes The name means exta-dry. Clean and crisp with integrated notes drawn directly from Niigata's mountain climate. Lush mountain water notes, earthy moss and mineral heavy stones are all softened with delicate dried fruit notes. Can be served either chilled or warm.
