Absinthe Amaro Spritz
A refreshing and aromatic spritz combining the herbal notes of absinthe with the bittersweet complexity of amaro, topped with bubbly soda.
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 1 oz of absinthe.
- Add 1 oz of amaro.
- Top with 3 oz of soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
