Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.

- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of absinthe, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
