Instructions
- In a julep cup, muddle fresh mint leaves with sugar and a few drops of absinthe to release the mint oils.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice and pour in the remaining absinthe.
- Stir gently to chill the mixture and combine.
- Top with more crushed ice, creating a dome shape.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint placed on top.
