Absinthe Fairy Last Word
A herbal twist on the classic Last Word cocktail, featuring the distinct flavor of absinthe intertwined with gin, chartreuse, and lime.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 3/4 oz of gin, 3/4 oz of green Chartreuse, 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz of absinthe.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the coupe glass of any ice and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lime.
