Step 1.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.

- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of absinthe and 3 oz of fresh pineapple juice.

- Shake well and strain over the ice-filled glass.
Step 4.
- Top with 3 oz of soda water.
Step 5.
- Gently stir to combine.

- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
