Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine 500ml of absinthe, 1 liter of tonic water, and 250ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Add 200ml of elderflower cordial for a floral sweetness.
- Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Fill the bowl with ice and add sliced cucumbers and strawberries for garnish.
- Stir gently and serve in individual cups, garnishing each with fresh mint leaves.
