Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz absinthe, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Top with 2 oz of sparkling water.
- Garnish with edible glitter and a twist of lemon peel.
