Absinthe Irish Coffee
A unique twist on the classic Irish coffee, infused with the aromatic flavor of absinthe, creating a delightful blend of coffee richness and herbal complexity.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and pour it into an Irish coffee glass, filling it halfway.
- Add 1 oz of absinthe to the coffee and stir well to combine.
- Add 1 oz of Irish whiskey to the mixture and stir again to ensure it’s evenly mixed.
- Top the drink with freshly whipped cream by gently pouring it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
