Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of absinthe.
- Pour in 1 oz of dark rum.
- Add 1 oz of pineapple juice.
- Include 0.5 oz of lime juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a cherry.
