Absinthe Negroni
A bold twist on the classic Negroni, substituting gin with absinthe for a unique herbal complexity.
Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
- Add 1 ounce of absinthe to the glass.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 ounce of bitter amaro or Campari.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a fresh Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
